Crazy Cindy Sez:
The hits just keep on coming! Once again we find Cindy standing on a soapbox, courtesy of Michael Moore, screeching away
in the "back 40" of his website.
Sheehan says, "Yes, I would rather have President Chavez than George Bush" No! Really? We'd never have guessed in a million years!

In her 07/15/06 rant, Cindy starts By giving us her bona fides, reminding us that she has "met with" various Ministers and
dignitaries of foreign nations. Somehow she imagines that just by spending a few moments in the presence of an official from
a nation other than our own, knowledge is transferred from them to her. It is a remarkable notion. I have to wonder why I
wasted all that time sitting in classes in college, when just a stroll around the campus and shaking hands with a couple of
faculty members would have had the same effect. What a fool I was!
The Moonbat Mama then moves on to what I suspect was the intended subject of her tirade, her recent appearance on
MSNBC's Hardball. She berates the media for reporting on her appearance in Venezuela and belittles her "fellow Americans" (how
dare she use that phrase) as "ignorant" for having the temerity to find her visit objectionable. Truly, we are not worthy.
Her next comments focus on refuting MSNBC's claim that Chavez is a dictator. When your mind is like a seive, lot's of things slip
through and much of what remains is just detritus. Cindy challenges MSNBC and offers, as her primary line of defence, "You know President Chavez is not a dictator. He
has been democratically elected to his office 8 (sic) times." First we have to clarify a couple of points, so as not to be dragged down
the garden path. In his first attempt at becoming "El Presidente", Chavez tried to go the traditional route...he tried to stage a
coup d'etat in 1992. He failed. In 1998, having realized that bullets weren't going to work, he tried ballots. He won. In 1999,
Venezeula adopted a new "Bolivarian Constitution", enthusiastically promoted by Chavez. He was re-elected in 2000 and will be
on the ballot in December, 2006. It is beyond comprehension how Cindy figures that Chavez was elected "eight times," but you can
be certain that it's an accounting system that appeals to El Presidente. For us ignorant Americans, it sure looks like Chavez was
only elected twice. Shame on MSNBC's Norah O' Donnell for not being sharp enough to do the math and ask "Are you saying that
he gets re-elected every 12 months?"
Sheehan then recounts that during a break while the interview was being taped, she blurted out "Then you should call George Bush a
dictator." Most people would prefer to not repeat off-camera brain-farts. Cindy makes sure they are immortalized in print.
After an exhausting (for the reader) pro-Chavez anti-Bush rant, Cindy tells us:
- "I would rather live under a President like Hugo who tries to improve living conditions in his country than someone like George who is demolishing our social structures and making the poor, poorer."
- "I will readily admit that I did say that I would rather have President Chavez than President Bush, but I didn't say that I would rather live in Venezuela."
- "Yes, I would rather have President Chavez than George Bush."
- "George should never have been President in the first place and he has been president of my country for far too long already."
? ? ?
There is a simple conclusion to be drawn from her rant: A) Cindy hates President George Bush. B) She doesn't want to move to Venezuela. C) She
would be perfectly happy with Chavez in the White House.
Treason, anyone?
