Hilary posed on a street corner with Jonathan Tasini to give her endorsement in his run to unseat Hillary Clinton.

A recent Zogby poll of New York State voters showed that when asked to choose between Clinton and an unnamed antiwar candidate, 38 percent supported Hillary and 32 percent supported the unnamed antiwar candidate. This is Crazy Cindy Sheehan's chance to be a kingmaker. If she can sway just 8 percent of the Clinton crowd to defect, that would make it a dead heat at 35 percent each. With 30 percent of the voters still undecided, they become the battleground, although Hillary should be able to come up with enough money and endorsements to get more than half of them to vote for her. It will be interesting to see what the loonies like Sharpton and Jackson do. They've marched in the streets and done photo-ops with Cindy, not Hillary. Clinton is in an awkward position: she has been posturing in a way that moves her to the right, in anticipation of a run for the White House in 2008. But right now, to get elected to the Senate again, she needs to go hard left and anything she says or does during that maneuver now, while almost certainly come back to haunt her when the runs for President.

This show is worth watching, because if Hilary loses, Cindy will be a power-broker in 2008, unless she's found dead in Fort Marcy Park, like Vince Foster (hint, hint, nudge, nudge).
