Cindy Sheehan goes from a gathering of nuts and America-haters in a foreign country to the halls of our Capitol.

Arrested! Again! Yippee!! Congresswoman Lynn Woolsey gave up her ticket to President Bush's State of the Union address so that Crazy Cindy could go in her place and cause a disruption. She knew exactly what Sheehan was going to wear to the event because she saw the t-shirt when they both attend a rally just hours before the event. She later defended Crazy Cindy's antics as "free speech". So "free speech" would also cover someone who gatecrashes a wedding and the jumps up and yells "I hope your children are born ugly and stupid"? (BTW, doesn't Cindy own ANY clothes that don't have something printed on them?)

In May, Cindy repaid her debt by showing up at a fundraiser for Woolsey in Seattle. Woolsey may be too whacky even for the constituents of notoriously Liberal Marin and Sonoma counties in California (which she represents), so she has to go out of state to raise money.

Cindy Sheehan meets with Hugo Chavez, the Communist President of Venezuela (along with Harry Belafonte, Danny Glover, et al). Belafonte called President Bush "the greatest terrorist in the world," and Sheehan commented "I agree with him." But then again, she had already gone on record as having said "America has been killing people on this continent since it was started. This country is not worth dying for..."

You can read the translated text of Chavez' speech here. (This guy never runs out of bugle-juice)
